Anthony Martinez (Virginia)

Anthony started his career serving his country in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years.  Prior to joining Sunbelt Rentals in 2013, he was a communication analyst for Apptis Inc. and a retail associate for Verizon Wireless. He started with Sunbelt Rentals as a driver in Sterling VA, and after about a year moved into customer service with the company in Mclean, VA assisting with dispatch duties.

In 2020, Anthony became a safety trainer and is qualified to teach MEWP, forklift, and earthmoving operator certification courses in addition to Fall Protection. He services northern Virginia. In this role, he enjoys meeting new people and sharing his knowledge to help others be safe in their jobs.

 In his spare time, Anthony likes camping, pistol shooting, fishing, hunting and smoking cigars with friends. He has a keen interested in soccer which he played in high school and is a big fan of Italy’s Inter Milan team.
