Bradley “Brad” McQuillen (Ohio)

Brad joined Sunbelt Rentals in 2014 as a dispatcher and was promoted to the safety trainer role in 2021. Prior to joining Sunbelt, Brad spent a few years in sales and management for Mansfield News Journal and Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, respectively.

Brad is certified to teach MEWP, forklifts, and earthmoving operator certification courses as well as Fall Protection Authorized Person training. He enjoys coaching workers whether it be a Sunbelt customer or a Sunbelt Rentals team member to help them thrive in the construction industry. Brad’s mantra is to “leave people well” and believes there is no better way to do that than share his knowledge of how to be safe on job sites and use the right equipment to get the job done safely.

Brad is married and loves spending family time with his wife and two daughters. For fun he plays volleyball and enjoys dabbling in photography. Brad also likes to volunteer in his community and at his daughters’ schools. You may even find him dressed up as the Grinch for public events.
