ActSafe Telehandler (Experienced)

Through this combination of online telehandler training and in-person practical assessment, we aim to reduce the risks associated with operating a telehandler. The online theory has been written to comply with the requirements for theory training as outlined in both the CSA Standard B335-15, as well as the ANSI Standard B56.6.

The online theory can be taken anytime from the comfort of your home or office. You will find the online theory in your profile in the HOME tab, under the “Assigned” section once you have registered for the course. The online theory is approximately 1.5hrs long and participants must get a mark of 80% to pass. Participants may repeat the theory two more times if a passing mark has not been achieved. 

THE IN-PERSON PRACTICAL MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE COMPLETION OF THE ONLINE THEORY. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND/OR FEES.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a Leavitt Machinery course, you must give Actsafe a minimum of 5 business days notice (prior to the course date) to qualify for a refund, credit* or rebooking without penalty. Cancellation terms are as follows: within 5 or more business days of the course date = 100% refund, credit*, or rebook without penalty; within 2-4 business days of the course date = no refund; 50% of the course fee to rebook; within 1 business day (24hrs) of the course date = no refund, 100% of the course fee to rebook; No Show = 100% of the course fee to rebook; Late Fee (15 mins or more) = 100% of the course fee to rebook; Incomplete Online Theory or Improper Attire = 100% of the course fee to rebook. *Credits must be used within a year of the original registration date.
